Samoa's under-19 women's cricket team ended the ICC under-19 Women's T20 World Cup without a win.
The team lost by 52 runs to Pakistan in Sarawak, Malaysia, last Friday in their final group match.
The side also lost by 67 runs to New Zealand on 22 January and went down by 10 wickets to South Africa on 20 January.
But the side was awarded a draw against Nigeria in their first match, after the game was abandoned because of heavy rain.
The Samoa U19 women's cricket made history by being the first team from the island nation to ever qualify for a cricket World Cup.
Captain Avetia Fetu, speaking to ICC media ahead of the world cup, said the experience with the other team captains at the launch, in Kuala Lumpur, had made their shock qualification and their tournament debut finally feel real.
The Samoans had topped the four-team East Asia-Pacific Qualifier in Bali, last May.
The side was seen as the underdog in the qualifier but the Samoans stamped their authority on the competition.
