Rugby
The Flying Fijians and Manu Samoa have confirmed Test matches in July before their 2025 Pacific Nations Cup campaigns.
The Fijians will meet the Australian Wallabies in Newcastle, Sydney on 6 July, before they host Scotland in Suva on 12 July.
Manu Samoa will host Scotland at Eden Park in Auckland on 18 July.
Both the Flying Fijians and Manu Samoa will then join Tonga in the Pacific leg of the Pacific Nations Cup in August.
Rugby
Fiji will host the Oceania Rugby Under-20s Challenge in Nadi, followed by the Oceania Rugby Women's Championship in Sigatoka, in June.
Oceania Rugby said the two cornerstone tournaments are pathways for emerging talent.
Canada will make its debut in the Under-20s Challenge, joining traditional Pacific powerhouses Fiji, Samoa, and Tonga.
The Oceania Rugby Women's Championship also returns to Fijian soil for the first time since 2019, with the reigning champions Fiji set to meet Manusima Samoa and Lofa from Tonga.
League
The PNG Hunters are seventh in the points standings in the Queensland Rugby League Hostplus Cup.
The side lost 22-20 to the Ipswich Jets last weekend and will face the Bears in their next game on 26 April.
The Hunters have two wins and two losses from their four games.
They are four points short of current joint leaders, the Devils and the Blackhawks.

Mini Games
Palau is set to host the largest-ever Pacific Mini Games.
Around 1200 athletes, 200 technical staff, and 24 Pacific nations, participating in 14 sports, are expected at the Games.
The Palau Games Organising Committee said the country is ready for the event, which begins 29 June.
The Island Times reported committee Chairman, Dr Patrick Tellei, saying sporting venues and accommodations for athletes are in various stages of completion across the nation.
Weightlifting
The Samoa Weightlifting team finished the Oceania International Cup in Melbourne with 13 gold medals.
The Samoa Observer reported the team also earned three silver medals and three bronze medals.
They also claimed 18 new Oceania records and two Commonwealth records.
President of Samoa Weightlifting, Tuaopepe Jerry Wallwork, said it was the best performance from a Samoan weightlifting team in 30 years.
Weightlifting
Young Fijian weightlifter Nehemiah Elder has won two gold medals and broke six championship records at the 2025 Under-20 Oceania Weightlifting Championships in Melbourne.
FBC Sports reported Elder competed in the 88-kilogram youth and junior categories.
Weightlifting Fiji said the lifter delivered a dominant performance.
