The Pacific tuna fishing block, the Parties to the Nauru Agreement, or PNA, concluded last week's leaders summit in the Marshall Islands with the signing of the Delap Commitment.
It was just the second time that leaders from the PNA's eight member nations had come together since 1982 and the signing confirmed their commitment to the PNA's goals.
