Public confidence in Samoa's health sector has been called into question after two infants died after being vaccinated.
The two babies died at the same hospital on Savaii on the same day.
Health officials are investigating but immediately recalled the MMR vaccine as a precaution.
Post mortems have also been ordered.
The Prime Minister is the latest to ask for an inquiry, and police are also investigating on behalf of the families.
