A former refugee caseworker in Australian offshore detention camps says she recently returned to Manus Island and found the health of refugees had deteriorated.
Nicole Judge worked on Papua New Guinea's Manus and in Nauru before becoming an advocate for the people detained there.
She told Ben Robinson Drawbridge what she saw on Manus and why she decided to become an advocate.
