Pacific leaders from governments, churches and social services came together in Auckland last week to find solutions to end family violence in the community.
Among them was Samoa's ombudsman Maiava Iulai Toma who said in his country a national inquiry has brought home the reality that family violence is a very real and dangerous problem.
