Tonga's new prime minister has laid out some of his plans to try and turn the country's economy around.
Pohiva Tu'i'onetoa was elected prime minister late last month following the death of 'Akilisi Pohiva.
Tonga has been in financial strife for years and Mr Tu'i'onetoa told Don Wiseman it is very difficult to make change in a small economy with a very narrow resource base.
