Pacific academic and former Tongan MP, Sitiveni Halapua, says 10 years into the greater democracy ushered in in 2010 there is still a need to learn how to govern under it.
Dr Halapua was commenting on ongoing disputes and tensions between the supporters of former leader'Akilisi Pohiva, the current government of Pohiva Tu'i'onetoa, and the nobility.
He has previously talked of the need for a more collegial co-operative style of government, and he told Don Wiseman that need is as apparent as ever.
