The economic and social impacts of Covid-19 focused a Pacific ministerial summit this week, which was held online due to restrictions imposed by the pandemic.
Delegations Zoomed in from Pacific Island Forum countries Australia, Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Niue, Marshall Islands, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu.
Absent were the Micronesian States, Palau and Papua New Guinea.
The Forum Economic Ministers Meeting also discussed progress on regional development and resilience.
