The number of candidates running for the presidency of Palau will be halved by the end of the week.
The country goes to the polls for its primary elections tomorrow, which will decide the two candidates who will square off in November's presidential election.
Our correspondent, Bernadette Carreon, says the four candidates currently in the field are heavy hitters, all with extensive backgrounds in business and politics.
But the defining issue of the moment -- Covid-19 and the response to it -- is defining the campaign.
