The man selected to head Fiji's main opposition party says there is no place for personalities and factions in SODELPA.
Nadroga MP, Viliame Gavoka, was last weekend appointed to lead the Social Democratic Liberal Party replacing Sitiveni Rabuka.
Gavoka's deputy is Suva lawyer Filimoni Vosarogo.
Mr Gavoka says while the focus is on the 2022 general election, SODELPA must first address the tensions that threaten to plunge the party into further crisis.
He tells Christine Rovoi he has his work cut out for him - from winning the public's confidence to keeping Rabuka onside.
