A Samoan survivor who suffered an accident that left him with a catastrophic brain injury speaks about the abuse he experienced at school and residences.

Antony Dalton-Wilson was born in 1967 and was crushed by a truck at his dad's work at the age of seven.

He had extensive head injuries, residual degree of right hemiparesis and no sight in his left eye - the doctors told him that he was 90 percent blind in his right eye.

He spoke at the Abuse in Care Royal Commission of Inquiry Pacific public hearing this week and Sela Jane Hopgood filed this report.
