A Cook Islands advocate for more moderate drinking wants the Government to step up and help fund courses to teach people the dangers of excess drinking.
Recent figures released by the website Visual Capitalist show that the Cooks has the highest rate of alcohol consumption in the world.
Brent Fisher told Don Wiseman consumption levels there are bad but there are some mitigating circumstances.
