Restored telecommunications in Tonga are helping bring healing as families begin reconnecting after over a month of patchy network coverage following last month's devastating volcanic eruption and tsunami.
Repair work on the Southern Cross undersea internet cable, which was damaged during the disaster, was completed this week by the repair ship the reliance fully restoring the Kingdom's phone and internet services.
