On Thursday the Premier of Niue traveled to New Zealand where he met Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and other ministers in Wellington.
It was his first official bilateral overseas visit since becoming Premier in June 2020.
Among the topics discussed were climate change, oceans, covid-19 recovery and Kiribati's exit from the Pacific Island's forum.
