In Auckland, New Zealand, community group Whau Pasifika is outraged over Auckland Council's consideration to slash funding to arts programmes.
Director Ina Patisolo, who is planning this year's Whau Pasifika Festival says preparations are going on under the shadow of uncertainty over whether next year's event will be scrapped.
