The Project Lead for the Pacific Hub at the Griffith Asia Institute says anything is possible at this year's pacific Islands Forum Leader's Meeting in Rarotonga and Aitutaki.
It kicks off next week on Monday the 6th local time.
Dr Newton Cain will be in Rarotonga for the meeting.
