The longest mural in the South Pacific is finally complete.
Leading the project is Gonzalo Aldana, a Mexican living in the Cook Islands who has been working on the mural for over a year alongside a team of local artists.
Spanning 562 metres, the incredible piece of art in Rarotonga showcases the unique biodiversity and culture of the nation's 15 islands.
RNZ Pacific's Tiana Haxton spoke to Aldana about the project.
