Nine people have been recognised for their services to Pacific communities in Aotearoa and the region in this year's King's Birthday honours list.
One of them is The Very Reverend Taimoanaifakaofo Kaio, who held prominent positions within the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand between for around two decades.
