What started off as a meme, has now grown into a business success story.

Pasifika-Māori owned company 'Drink Da Milgy' recently secured a partnership with Woolworths which has led to its milk products being stocked in more than 20 Countdown supermarkets in Auckland.

It's the first Pasifika-Māori milk brand to be sold in a major supermarket with the hopes of expansion throughout the rest of Aotearoa New Zealand, as well as other countries.

Drink Da Milgy co-founder Saion Angi spoke with Pacific Waves host Susana Suisuiki.
