A Tongan tapa presented to former New Zealand prime minister Norman Kirk has come out of storage in a garage to show off its beauty.
Fifty years on since Big Norm's state funeral, another ceremony was held in Palmerston North to remember him and unveil the special piece of Pacific art in its new home.
