Guam locals share thoughts on US election

As polls close in the U-S, one group of American citizens has already decided their presidential pick for Kamala Harris. While the the people of the U-S territory of Guam don't have a say in the presidential election, but that doesn't stop them from voting. Our Guam correspondent Naina Rao has this report.
