Hon. Young Vivian

Having served as Secretary-General of the (SPC) from 1979 to 1982, Mititaiagimene Young Vivian was leader of the Niue People's Action Party and Premier of Niue briefly in 1992/3 and then from May 2002, when he defeated Sani Lakitani, until 2008. He was interviewed by Ian Johnstone.
