Dr Tahu Kukutai is a demographer and worked on the Royal Society report Te Pae Tawhiti which reviewed New Zealand's rapidly changing demographics. She's also a research fellow at Waikato University. Bryan Cadogan is mayor of Clutha, and chair of the Mayors' Jobs Task Force.
