Skinny Wine - Fabian Yukich

The New Zealand wine industry wants to get skinny. In this case, the word "skinny" refers to wines which are lower in alcohol, and lower in calories. The industry is mounting a 17 million dollar research project to do just that. Villa Maria Wines is participating in the project, Fabian Yukich is their Executive Director of Wineries and Vineyards.
