While many small towns around New Zealand struggle to retain businesses, people and jobs - others like Wairoa in Hawkes Bay has its sights set on attracting new business from outer space. The town already hosts New Zealand's answer to NASA, Rocket Lab - and now there are plans for the company to expand its satellite launch base. The Mayor, Craig Little, tells us what the plans are, and how it will benefit the community.
