A new Netflix show about teen suicide has been labelled as 'irresponsible, unsafe and unethical' by The Mental Health Foundation.
13 Reasons Why features the suicide of teenage girl, Hannah Baker, who records 13 tapes, blaming 12 people for her death.
The show is based on a book by the same name, and depicts suicide and rape in graphic detail.
