Dame Joy Cowley, one of the country's most esteemed writers - author of the children's books Mrs. Wishy-Washy - has been praised for her latest book, a non-fiction one for adults called Veil Over the Light.
Dame Cowley's a finalist in the Ashton Wylie Charitable Trust Mind Body Spirit Book Awards and she tells us about writing the collection.
