Why we need insects

To save ourselves, we need to start thinking about saving creatures we have always been at war with. Bugs.

They are the glue that holds nature together and trying to eliminate  the ones we don't like may have dire and unintended consequences says Norwegian professor Dr. Anne Sverdrup-Thygeson.

She pleads for coexistence in her book, Buzz, Sting, Bite: Why We Need Insects.
