Susan St John of Child Poverty Action group has poured water on the idea a "children's pension" would do anything to reduce poverty for youngsters. She says it's also unpalatable to pour money into children's poverty at the expense of the country's elderly. She explains what she thinks would be a better idea to address child poverty in New Zealand.
