If the theme of lockdown gardening has been making do with what you've got, the theme of Alert Level 3 is going to be stocking up on what you've haven't had access to.
Potting mix and seed-raising mix are biggies, and fertilisers.
The big things to keep in mind now is that it's now a month colder (and slower) for growing stuff that we would traditionally have planted four weeks ago.
