Friend of the show Steph Tan, who often speaks to us about public health, is organising a peaceful march against Anti-Asian Hate, to take place this weekend.
The march is a response to the recent Atlanta shooting and a surge in anti-Asian hate crime in the US, and it's also to stand up against the racism experienced by the Asian communities of New Zealand.
Steph is a researcher at he Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Yale School of Public Health and talks to Jesse about the anti-Asian sentiment in New Zealand.
