A very direct and honest open letter has been penned by Women in Rugby Aotearoa to the two men who are vying for the top job as chair of NZ Rugby. The group is asking the candidates what they intend to do by way of resourcing and supporting women's rugby at all levels, including paying women as professional athletes in the sport.
