A young New Zealand woman is making her mark in the world by fighting the good fight against food waste.
Francesca Goodman-Smith works for the Fight Food Waste Co-Operative Research Centre in Australia, after a stint overseeing waste minimisation throughout Foodstuffs' supermarkets in NZ.
AND she has just been named on a '30 under 30' list of rising sustainability leaders worldwide by GreenBiz.
