A chance meeting at a hardware shop has led to 16 Wintec students landing jobs in Huntly.
Builtsmart owner Boydy Scott, happened to find a work experience student whose contact hadn't shown up and asked him to give him a hand instead.
That's led to a relationship with Wintec going on to get 16 other students apprenticeships at Builtsmart.
Boydy talks to Jesse about the youngsters training on the job and how valuable they are to his company
