A survey of 300 people with disabilities revealed mass discrimination when it comes to transport services.
Many in wheelchairs or with service animals reported being grossly overcharged or having their rides cancelled, and many women respondents reported sexual harassment and abuse.
Two business partners who have first-hand experience with this have decided to do something about it, raising money to launch an app and provide transport specifically for those with different physical capabilities.
