Children are becoming older at a younger age

10 is the new 13 for girls growing up today. There is so much pressure on them to leave their childhood behind well before they hit their teens says Australian journalist and author Madonna King, whose been writing about these issues for 25 years. And once those 10 year olds do become teenagers, the pressure doesn't stop. King talked to 1,000 high school girls and 7 our of 10 told her mental health is their biggest challenges. She shares what she's learned from teens, parents and experts that offers insights into the lives of our daughters and what might help them negotiate the complicated world they live in.
