Today on NZ Sport History we're reflecting on the career of one of our most decorated athletes.
Dame Sophie Pascoe has won 11 paralympic gold medals as well as seven silver and one bronze, making her New Zealand's most successful Paralympian.
She has repersented New Zealand at four summer paralympic and two commonwealth games where she has won another two gold medals.
At the 2022 New Years Honours she was appointed a Dame for her services to swimmer, the youngest New Zealander to be awarded the title.
She talks to Jesse about her record breaking career.
