Today we meet Polly Markus who's popular Instagram page, @miss-pollys-kitchen, has led to her putting her recipes in to book form. Her love of food goes back a long way, but she honed her skills as a crew chef on board a super yacht.
She talks to Jesse about the end of the super-yacht job when COVID hit, to creating a cook book and her 'no rules' approach in the kitchen.
