Single use cleaning products the next to be phased out

We've done away with plastic shopping bags, and lots of people have adjusted to using keep cups and reusable water bottles - has the time now come to do away with single-use cleaning products?

5.7 million plastic cleaning spray bottles are purchased in our supermarkets every year, so Kiwi company Cleanery has developed an alternative.

Their cleaning products come as powders that you combine with tap water and use in reusable spray bottles.

To discuss how it was developed co-founder Mark Sorensen talks to Jesse.
