Over the years some of the greatest pop artists of the day have lent their talents to the James Bond film franchise.
And to celebrate 60 years of the films this weekend there will be a celebration of the music that's often come to be just as popular as the films themselves.
Called The Music is Bond, the concert is made up of a hand picked group of well known New Zealand artists performing at the Aotea Centre on Saturday night with the Auckland Philharmonic Orchestra.
Among them is Caitlin Smith, she's in the Auckland studio to perform one of the iconic songs live.
