A first-of-its-kind study into the behaviour and learning abilities of brushtail possums has taken place at the University of Canterbury.
It's said the findings could have serious implications for pest eradication in New Zealand.
The research was carried out by Master's student Emma Godfrey. She talks to Jesse about what she found out about their behaviour.
