Many in the rural sector benefit from the connections they make through their local Young Farmers Club.
Brittany Honeywell has grown up in an area that used to have 10 of these clubs, but over the years that's dwindelled down to just one.
So last year she and her friends decided to relaunch the Pleasant Point Young Farmers Club for rural workers aged 17-31, and it's quickly been gaining traction.
Today she's the chairperson of club and talks to Jesse about how its going.
