An absolute pest that strangles other trees and bushes, the plant was introduced in the late 1800s for decorative purposes.
Robert Smith is on a mission to rid Hawkes Bay of the pest, he's the founded a Hawkes Bay branch of S.T.A.M.P - which stands for Society Totally Against Moth Plant.
