Sting, Warren Buffet, Simon Cowell and Marie Osmond all have one thing in common; they're not leaving any money to their children. More and more people are choosing to let local projects be their legacy. The Community Foundations of Aotearoa NZ is working with more than 650 bequests to local communities around New Zealand. Dr Claire Routley is an expert in legacy giving and she's in New Zealand as the Foundation's guest, helping people start what doesn't have to be an awkward conversation about their wills. She says most people just want to be remembered, to leave something behind that makes a difference.
