New research on women entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurship is often viewed as a way of enhancing work-life balance and flexibility.

However a recent joint study by researchers at the Universities of Auckland and Nottingham found that for many female founders the reality is quite different.

To discuss the findings, and what we might do to change things we speak to one of this country's leading female entrepreneurs.

Cecilia Robinson was Named New Zealand Innovator of the Year this year, and has been involved in successful start ups including My Food Bag and Au Pair Link.
