App aims to empower decision making for disabled New Zealanders

One in 4 Kiwis identify as having a disability, and many find it difficult to communicate their preferences and choices to their supporters.

Social enterprise Volition is developing a new app dedicated to making things easier and has launched a public fundraising campaign through PledgeMe.
