Calcium Supplements

People who take calcium supplements to build srong bones and stay healthy may instead be increasing their risk of heart attack by as much as 30 percent. This is new research just published in the British Medical Journal. Ian Reid, professor of medicine at the University of Auckland and his colleagues in the UK made the findings.
