CTV returning

From Afternoons, 2:11 pm on 6 April 2011

The six story Canterbury Television building collapsed and burned in the February 22nd quake, killing 16 staff and close to 100 other people in the building. The regional broadcaster is back on air with limited programming and aims for a full launch in May.
