Rimutaka Summit heritage railway

A Wellington railway heritage group is undertaking the most ambitious project of its kind ever attempted in New Zealand. They want to reinstate and operate a heritage railway between Wellington and the Wairarapa, and after doing some fundraising of their own, they're asking the Regional Council to chip in.
